Diamond Rock
Original work.
18 x 24 inches; acrylic on canvas.
Diamond Rock stands 600 feet above the waves. It’s the tallest of the volcanically-formed “Pinnacles” and gets its name from bird guano, which makes it gleam brilliantly. It’s very picturesque, despite its less-than-glamorous provenance. I just had to paint it!
